Julie Palmeri to Lead Organization Starting January 31st.
The board of directors of Concord Housing + Redevelopment (CH+R) is pleased to announce that Julie Palmeri has been named the organization’s new Executive Director. Palmeri is returning to her hometown of Concord to take over the position from John Hoyt, who announced his retirement after over two decades of service.

74 Rumford Street: Located in the southern end of the city, 74 Rumford Street was a distressed property the organization purchased three years ago for the express purpose of breathing new life into the aging structure.
Concord Housing + Redevelopment (CH+R), is pleased to announce a partnership with Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains (GSGWM). The collaboration will ensure that girls from underserved areas have the opportunity to participate in the life-changing experiences that Girl Scouting has to offer.
Renovations included a new roof and all new vinyl windows, a new gas furnace, hot water heater, insulation, plumbing, and electrical to bring the property up to code.
