CONCORD HOUSING + REDEVELOPMENT (CH+R)is providing an opportunity for the public to review and comment on the agency’s proposed Moving to Work (MTW) Plan and Application to be submitted to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The public comment period extends from June 24, 2022 at 12:00 Noon to July 24,, 2022 at 12:00 Noon.

Concord Housing & Redevelopment will CLOSE its Public Housing and SECTION 8 VOUCHER Waitlists for all bedroom sizes and locations. No new applications will be accepted until further notice.
Julie Palmeri to Lead Organization Starting January 31st.
The board of directors of Concord Housing + Redevelopment (CH+R) is pleased to announce that Julie Palmeri has been named the organization’s new Executive Director. Palmeri is returning to her hometown of Concord to take over the position from John Hoyt, who announced his retirement after over two decades of service.

organization as head of the Special Projects group. Buckman has more than thirty years of experience in residential construction, project development and project management.
