CH+R recently purchased and renovated the South Main Street property, modernizing space for two retail businesses. Show Hoppers Dance Boutique, opening this month, increases the occupancy level on Main Street and brings another boost to The Capital City’s redevelopment initiatives.

Comprehensive roofing system features leading-edge, made in U.S.A. green materials and techniques; project supports New Hampshire’s economy. The Concord Housing + Redevelopment’s ( CH+R ) green summer began with the installation of an accessible garden area at its Kennedy Apartments. Today, CH+R announced that it has begun replacing 7,700 square feet of old, un-insulated roofing with an integrated, high-performance roofing system at the Kennedy Building in Concord.
