Concord Housing + Redevelopment Completes Sale of 35 Concord Street

November 16, 2017 –Concord Housing + Redevelopment (CH+R) today completed the sale of the property at 35 Concord Street. The two-family home, purchased out of foreclosure by CH+R in August of 2016, underwent extensive renovations of the heating and electrical systems, and the exterior roof and siding. The work, completed by area contractors and CH+R staff, also included a complete gut and renovation of the interior living spaces.

June, 22, 2017 – John Hoyt, Executive Director of Concord Housing + Redevelopment announced the retirement of Violet Rounds from the organization’s Board of Commissioners. Violet began serving on the board during the planning and construction of CH+R’s present offices on Green Street.

CH+R sponsors YMCA Winter Swim Program For Area Children

Concord Housing + Redevelopment (CH+R) is continuing to have a positive impact on area children through their sponsorships of local swim programs. After sponsoring the Concord Parks and Recreation Department swim program this past summer, CH+R jumped back in this winter with the Concord YMCA.
