Celebrating a Career that has Shaped Our Housing Landscape

Craig Dunning retires after setting a new standard for innovation in construction management at Concord Housing + Redevelopment.
As Concord Housing+ Redevelopment’s lead for special projects, Craig has left his mark on the housing landscape with his leadership and involvement in significant housing projects, including Parmenter Place, Thompson Square, Pitman Place—to name a few. Craig has spearheaded efforts to revitalize underperforming properties, led our maintenance department which oversees 328 units in 73 buildings, and been a key player in our redevelopment efforts. His work has been vital in our mission to provide safe and affordable housing for low to middle-income families, the elderly, and people with special needs. Craig has truly made a difference and will be missed. We wish him a well-deserved retirement.
Join us at the Barley House, October 31st, from 3 pm to 5 pm to wish Craig well.
