Through the redevelopment arm of Concord Housing + Redevelopment, we are able to purchase various types of real estate and renovate it into affordable, safe housing opportunities. We currently offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom rentals. There are no income restrictions for these properties and they are not federally subsidized. Applicants will be required to provide a criminal background check, landlord references and employment verification. Monthly rent amount and utilities included vary by property.
