CH+R Completes Sale of Two City Properties

74 Rumford Street: Located in the southern end of the city, 74 Rumford Street was a distressed property the organization purchased three years ago for the express purpose of breathing new life into the aging structure.

The construction team consisting of CH+R staff and local contractors gutted the interior space and completely renovated the building. Today, the building, which includes four residential units and on-site parking, is fully occupied and performing at market rate rental values.

18 Prince Street: Located just a couple blocks from Main Street, Concord Housing + Redevelopment initially purchased the single-family Prince Street home under a redevelopment agreement. The property, which has off-street parking was originally purchased to help expand available market-rate housing in the downtown area.

Concord area real estate broker, Beth Ottana (Vignati), the Principal Broker and Co-Owner of Nexus Realty LLC., located at 109 North State Street brokered the initial sale as well as this transaction. CH+R is pleased to have the attention to detail and professional skills of the broker.
