South Main Street Before and After

Concord Housing + Redevelopment’s vision for its South Main Street property was realized with the recent completion of a series of improvements that will ensure the property and its market-rate housing remains a valuable asset to the Concord community.

Initial improvements included electrical, heating, hot water, and fire safety. After this, the apartments were renovated and a number of structural issues, including a porch enclosure, were addressed —bringing the building to code. The recent addition of new vinyl siding brought the innovative project to completion.
