Thompson Square
Six, one-bedroom units located inside the John F. Kennedy Building at 1 Thompson Street were constructed in 2014 with special funding through NH Housing Finance Authority. These units are designated for people with disabilities.
Applicants must be disabled and meet income and other eligibility guidelines. Residents of these units pay 30% of their adjusted, monthly income toward rent. All utilities, except for cable, internet, and telephone, are included in the rent amount. After completing an application, CH+R makes an initial determination of eligibility based on income and family size. Date of application determines the order of applicants on our wait list.
Eligible applicants will receive notification of their approximate wait time for their name to reach the top of our wait list.
