John Hoyt to Serve on Finance Committee of PHADA
John Hoyt, Executive Director of Concord Housing + Redevelopment, has been appointed to the Finance Committee of the Public Housing Authorities Directors Association (PHADA). His duties for this national organization will begin on June 6, 2018.
In accordance with Title I, of the United States Housing Act of 1938 as amended and the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, Concord Housing + Redevelopment (CH+R) has prepared an Annual Plan for submission to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
