Located at 63 and 65 ½ South Main Street, these one and two-bedroom units are close to all downtown amenities. Property offers off-street parking. Some units have shared laundry facilities others have hook-ups inside the unit for washer and dryer. Individual storage areas also offered for some units.

After completing an application, CH+R makes an initial determination of eligibility based on income and family size. Date of application and preference determines the order of applicants on our wait list.

Eligible applicants will receive notification of their approximate wait time for their name to reach the top of our wait list.
