Concord Housing + Redevelopment Purchases Prince Street Property In The City
Concord, N.H. – Concord Housing + Redevelopment has purchased the property at 18 Prince Street in the city. The single-family home is now a part of Concord Housing + Redevelopment’s vast array of properties in and surrounding Concord. As with the recently purchased redevelopment project located off of South Main Street, this single family home was purchased so that it remains in the Concord-area housing landscape as a market-rate rental. The property has off-street parking and is centrally located to the downtown area.
“We are pleased to have the property at 18 Prince Street in our portfolio,” said John Hoyt, Concord Housing + Redevelopment’s Executive Director. “It is always a positive for us to expand our footprint, redevelop unwanted properties, keep our portfolio diverse and promote downtown housing. The Prince Street home adds diversity to our portfolio being our first single family home. The South Main Street project includes nine residential and two commercial units in two blighted buildings. They will be renovated and, along with the Prince Street home, will remain market rate downtown housing.
