Concord Housing + Redevelopment Purchases Another Capital City Property
State Street deal comes on the heels of recent Four Wall Street purchase.
Concord Housing + Redevelopment’s Executive Director John Hoyt announces the purchase of property at 10-12 State Street in Concord. The buy comes just days after the organization bought Four Wall Street.
With these acquisitions, Concord Housing + Redevelopment is working to eliminate the housing shortage in the city of Concord.
The property at 10-12 State Street is a three-unit building that was built in 1880. The units are townhouse style, and are each around 1,500 square feet. This property offers off street parking, and a prime location just one block from Main Street.
Concord Housing + Redevelopment will be renovating the building with a new roof, new windows, and a fresh coat of paint. The units will also be brought up to today’s standard safety and building codes.
This deal was brokered by Wendy Keeler at Fairway Real Estate.
