Concord Housing + Redevelopment Designated As High Performer By U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
Concord, N.H. – (March 20, 2013) – Concord Housing + Redevelopment was recently designated as a high performer by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), after being awarded a performance rating of 100% in the Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP). SEMAP measures the performance of public housing authorities that administer the Housing Choice Voucher program.
Pitman ConstuctionAlong with their 100% SEMAP rating, Concord Housing + Redevelopment was also designated as a high performer in the Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS), achieving a score of 90%. The Public Housing Assessment System, used since 1999, measures the management and performance of public housing authorities nationwide.
