Concord Housing + Redevelopment Completes Significant Renovations of Underperforming Concord Property

Concord Housing + Redevelopment has completed extensive renovations to the two-family home at 35 Concord Street, which they bought out of foreclosure during an absolute auction by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The building which features 1900 square feet of living space has has been totally updated and transformed into much needed market-rate housing for Concord.

Renovations on the property, which brought the building up to today’s building codes, included the updating of the heating and electrical system; exterior siding and roof; and the complete gut and rehab of the interior space. Work was completed by Concord area contractors in conjunction with Concord Housing + Redevelopment’s in-house construction staff.
