Concord Housing Development Corporation Buys 48 South Main Street in Concord
Concord Housing Development Corporation has purchased the property located at 48 South Main Street in Concord. The 3,000 square foot building is located next to the Capital Center for the Arts, on the corner of Concord Street and South Main Street.
“This beautiful building was up for auction,” says John Hoyt, Executive Director of Concord Housing Development Corporation. “We are thrilled to have bid on this underperforming property and won. We plan to revitalize it as we continue to work toward making Concord a city in which redevelopment drives economic growth and prosperity.”
The building is within walking distance to major office buildings, restaurants, the State House, the Federal Court and downtown shops. The two-story property has onsite parking for nine vehicles. Concord Housing Development Corporation will be working with Premier Properties of Concord to lease the building for commercial and residential uses. It is
available immediately for lease or owner-occupied options at competitive fair leasing rates.
The purchase of 48 South Main Street continues the mission of Concord Housing Development Corporation to continue working towards Concord’s economic success and make the city a great place to live, work and play.
