Jackie Whatmough
Jackie retired in October 2016 from the City of Concord where she served as Director of Concord Human Services for 15 years. Prior to that, she worked for 20 years in various positions with low-income families and individuals, and the immigrant population in Manchester. Jackie is currently on the Family Promise board, serves as agency coordinator for the Holiday Basket program for the Capital Region Food program and is on the Mayor’s Joint Taskforce for Child Hunger. She has also served on the CATCH board and two committees working to end homelessness in Concord. Jackie is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
Peter Burger
Peter is President of Orr & Reno, P.A., a long established Concord law firm. He has been at Orr & Reno since 1988. Peter helps entrepreneurs throughout the Northeast in the sale and purchase of businesses with an emphasis on the hospitality industry. Peter is a past Chair of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and the Concord Boys and Girls Club and serves as a board member for NHPR, The NH Business Committee for the Arts, and Education for All Children. He lives in Concord with his wife Ellen and has two college-aged sons.
Jim Fowler
Jim has lived in the Concord, with his wife and two daughters, since 1985. He was employed with Rural Development, an agency of the United States Department of Agriculture, for forty years. At Rural Development, Jim served as an Asset Manager, responsible for the operation of approximately 100 rental properties in New Hampshire and the Virgin Islands. Jim was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2003. His current term runs until 2013.
Jerry Madden
Jerry joined The Friends Program in Concord in 2007 and currently serves as the Executive Director. Prior to joining The Friends Program, Jerry was a member of the Concord Police Department for more than 27 years. He spent his last six years on the force serving as Chief of Police. Jerry currently serves on the Merrimack County United Way Campaign Cabinet and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Capital Area Food Program. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Concord. Jerry also currently serves on the City of Concord’s Housing Commission. He is a former board member of CATCH Neighborhood Housing and New Futures where he served as Board Chair. Jerry and his wife Susan live in Concord and have three grown children.
Dana Adams
Dana is the owner of Capital Construction LLC. He has worked in commercial construction in New England for over 35 years since getting his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from UNH. He has built and renovated many properties in Concord throughout his career. Dana has lived in Concord since 1993. He is an avid runner and cyclist and has three grown children.
