CH+R Completes Work on 1-12 South State Street

Renovations included a new roof and all new vinyl windows, a new gas furnace, hot water heater, insulation, plumbing, and electrical to bring the property up to code.

The interior was completely gutted and reframed, creating three 2,500 square foot three-bedroom apartments featuring new floors, kitchens, one and a half baths, walk-in closets and off-street parking. 10-12 South State Street, Concord highlights our efforts to provide more affordable housing downtown.
