When can I expect to receive my check from the Housing Authority?
Concord Housing Authority issues checks and has them in the mail by the first day of every month.
Is the landlord allowed to raise the rent?
Yes, an owner may request an increase upon expiration of the initial or subsequent leases (one year). The increase shall be based upon the whether it is reasonable for the area and compatible to other non assisted units.
