Concord Housing & Redevelopment Authority (CHA) has been administering subsidized housing programs for almost 50 years, through federal funding from the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Concord Housing & Redevelopment Authority owns and manages 262 public housing units which serve the region's low income families, the elderly and adults with disabilities. In addition to this, CHA administers the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Concord Housing & Redevelopment Authority is in the forefront of construction and management throughout Concord and Penacook, making it one of the largest residential housing organizations in the area. With the vision and energy of community leaders and companies, its experience and capacity, Concord Housing Authority is a key player in Concord's redevelopment efforts.
