Residents of these units pay 30% of their adjusted annual income toward rent. All utilities, except for cable and telephone, are included in the rent amount. Federal funds, as administered through HUD, subsidize the operation of this program. The John F. Kennedy and Crutchfield Apartments are designated for elderly (over 62 years of age) and/or disabled households. The Boucher Apartments are designated for near-elderly (over 50 years of age) and/or disabled households. Ceriello and Haller Apartments are for all eligible families.
