Home Ownership Income Limits
To be added to the Home Ownership Program's wait list, applicants must be at or below these income guidelines based on their household size. Applicants also need to meet income limits upon intake.

These numbers reflect income limit categories for fiscal year 2007 as reported by HUD.

Income Limit	$39,200	$44,800	$50,400	$56,000

Household Size	5 Person	6 Person	7 Person	8 Person
Income Limit	$60,500	$64,950	$69,450	$73,900

Income limits are based on FY 2008 Fair Market Rent (FMR).
