An Attorney with the law firm Gallagher, Callahan and Gartrell, Ari represents business, land use development and environmental clients on a variety of land use permitting, environmental and litigation matters. He represents clients in all phases of permitting and development including conceptual business and development planning, contractual negotiations and the retention of qualified land use and environmental experts. Ari, his wife and kids have lived in Concord since 1997. Appointed to the board in 2008, his term runs until 2013.Mary Ann Leon is a consultant specializing in management and leadership issues in nonprofit organizations. From 1987-2005 she was the Executive Director of the Granite Chapter of the American Red Cross, serving 122 communities in central and northern New Hampshire. In that role she led the organization through a successful $2 million capital campaign to build a new Chapter headquarters in Concord. She was the State Relations Representative and responsible for coordinating statewide activities among 8 Red Cross Chapters in the State. Mary Ann has lived in Concord since 1986; she and her husband raised their son here. Mary Ann was appointed to the Board in 2005. Her term runs until 2010.
After careers in education and social services, Tom established Cobb Hill Construction in 1986. Known throughout the business community for his high standards of excellence and business ethics, Cobb Hill has received numerous NH Builders & Remodelers Association awards, NH Preservation Alliance awards, Award of Excellence and national recognition. Since 1979, Tom and his wife have lived and raised their kids in Concord. Tom was appointed to the Board in 2004. His current term runs until 2011.
Steve Duprey has been engaged in real estate development and management in central and northern New Hampshire for over 25 years; prior to that he practiced law. He has served on numerous state boards and commissions with over 25 years of continuous service to the state of New Hampshire. In the 1990’s he served as Republican State Chairman and as campaign or finance chairman to numerous campaigns. Most recently he served as a full time traveling advisor to Senator John McCain, the Republican nominee for President in 2008. Duprey has resided in Concord for 31 years.
Jim Has lived in the Concord, with his wife and two daughters, since 1985. He was employed with Rural Development, an agency of the United States Department of Agriculture, for forty years. At Rural Development, Jim served as an Asset Manager, responsible for the operation of approximately 100 rental properties in New Hampshire and the Virgin Islands. Jim was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2003. His current term runs until 2013.
