Plumbing and Maintenance Mechanic Wanted
Concord Housing + Redevelopment is seeking a qualified person for the position of Plumbing and Maintenance Mechanic. Applicant must possess professional background and skills to repair, maintain and replace Plumbing. Knowledgeable in operating building systems, rough carpentry, repairing household appliances and janitorial skills. Position includes shared on-call duties, snow removal, lawn care, and other duties as assigned.

Plumbing experience in existing buildings and/or construction. Candidates must be able to climb a ladder, have the ability to bend, stoop and move in constricted areas, able to lift heavy objects (70 pounds), do manual labor for extended periods in adverse conditions, work nights, weekends and overtime as required. Candidates must have a clean driving record, must have no criminal background that would adversely affect job responsibilities, pass a drug test and physical. Wage of $16.00 hr., health insurance, retirement, holidays and vacation.
